1tsp baking soda
2-1/4C All Purpose Flour
1/2tsp Salt
1 C Coconut Oil
1-1/4C Raw Sugar
1-3oz Package of Pistachio flavored instant pudding mix
1 egg
3/4C Chopped Macadamia Nuts
3/4C Craisens or dried Cranberries
Directions:
Mix baking soda, flour and salt in a bowl and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl cream together butter, sugar and dry pudding mix.
Add egg and beat until smooth.
Now add all the dry ingredients mix untill well combined.
Stir in nuts and then cranberries.
Spoon onto Baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone matt.
Bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes until edge is slightly browned.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
