Modern Kitchen Remodel by Hi Octane Drywall North San Diego County
I am so thrilled my kitchen is just about complete. We started remodeling our kitchen when we purchased our house. Brad Johnson of Hi Octane Drywall, in Oceanside did most of the work. While he is my husband and we are a team. I did a lot of the cabinet assembly. I love Ikea kitchens and we thought this would be the best use of space in the kitchen. The original kitchen was very retro. Brown and beige tile and was very small overall. If you would like to see before picture take a peek below:

We did things like ripped everything out. New Framing and drywall. New lighting, new paint. We moved the kitchen sink to the front of the house. Put in new windows to accommodate counters. We ripped up all the old flooring. We opened up the kitchen to the living room more. Added a big counter top area. Added tons of cabinets, moved the refrigerator and put in a microwave and dishwasher.
We are still planning to finish the base and we will most likely do a glass tile back splash too.
